Following the successful summer period of 2016, Aquila Hotels and Resorts has collected by our valued guests, who decided to participate in the Grand Lottery Questionnaire competition, a total of 8895 questionnaires. With aim to constantly improve the quality of services within the Aquila Hotel Group, each of these questionnaires has been individually examined and added to our database. Based on these comments the coming summer season of 2017 we will try to ameliorate the existing facilities and services within our hotel properties to offer you, our distinguished clients, the best possible service and quality.
As a small show of our appreciation to all the guests who spared some minutes of their precious holiday time to fill out their questionnaire, on Thursday 8th of December, a grand lottery took place at the Head Office of Aquila Hotels and Resorts in Rethymnon.
