Evidenced in continuous ESG progress, we proudly maintain all major international certifications across our properties, including Travelife, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 22000, and Green Key. Among our significant achievements are increased recycling rates and the implementation of 4,031 hours of staff training (+27.3%), with 51% of our workforce being women. While energy and water consumption did not decrease due to significant temperature increases and improved measurements, our dedication to these areas remains strong. Our strategic goals include a 10% reduction in landfill waste and the elimination of single-use plastics by next year.We do not inherit the Earth from our ancestors; we borrow it from our children.
