10 pcs of chicken wings
10 pieces apricot dried
10 slices of prospect
5 pcs of eggs
500 gr grated toasted bread
A little bit flour
Salt & Pepper


We clean the wings and curl them upside down! Afterwards fill them with apricot and prosciutto. Salt and pepper. Then dip them into the egg, toast them and repeat the process! Place them in the refrigerator for 2 hours and fry them at moderate temperature for 12 to 15 minutes.
